Recommended usage:
Busy Commercial machines- Twice a day for each group.
Semi-Commercial/Home machines- Every 35 shots or so.

**Please make sure your machine is backflushable before using!! Consult your manual or dealer.

Backflush:

1). Place 1/2 teaspoon (3g) or less of JoeGlo onto a "blind" filter insert (backflush disk) in your portafilter.

2). With the portafilter attached to the group, backflush your machine by running the group five times in 15 second start/stop/start intervals.

3). Remove the portafilter, discard the leftover bits and run the group to rinse away the crud. Use a quality group head brush like the PälloTM Coffeetool to get rid of any residual oils or loose grinds.

4). Reattach portafilter and backflush five more times in 10 secondstart/stop/start intervals. This time without detergent.

5). Once again, remove the portafilter and run the group to rinse clean.

6). Replace the "blind" insert with a normal filter insert then pull & discard a couple of shots to "re season" your machine.
